Bel-Air Fine Art group of contemporary art galleries recruits new art advisors from France, Switzerland, Belgium and Portugal
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of your manager, you are the commercial strength of the gallery and your daily actions are the following:
- welcoming, regular contact and fostering of upscale customer loyalty.
- acquisition of new clients on a specific region and sale of artworks in the galleries.
- appropriation and spreading of the brand values to customers and prospects.
- being able to put the commercial process of the groupe into practice.
- logistic organization and administrative supervision of your deals.
- participation in the private viewings, outdoor events and marketing operations.
- daily reporting of your progress, your commercial strategies and customers / prospects follow-up.
Personality
With a presentable appearance, organized, proactive, with a strong team spirit, you are comfortable with different types of interlocutor, including a very demanding upscale clientele and you know how to be available for your customers. Your commercial strength and your motivation will make a difference in achieving commercial goals of your gallery.
Profil
- With a Bachelor's degree in business you already have a professional experience in the commercial realm (a minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent level of French and English (spoken and written), a third language is expected.
- A strong knowledge and expertise in art will be a huge asset for this position.
- Flexible, you are willing to move occasionally in Europe for exhibitions, art fairs, or long-term missions according to your results.
Remuneration / Evolution
The pay includes a fixed salary but also attractive commissions on your personal sales performance.
The group offers, to the most successful art advisors, an evolution within 3 years to the responsibility and the management of an international art gallery, but also the management of a team of art advisors.
