Bel-Air Fine Art group of contemporary art galleries recruits new gallery coordinators from France, Switzerland, Belgium and Portugal

Responsibilities 


Under the supervision of your manager, you will be the control tower of the gallery you are assigned to. Your everyday tasks will be the following:


- Physical reception - if necessary - and telephone reception

- Follow-up and back office of customer files with sales representatives

- Editing invoices, monitoring sales and controlling payments

- Monitoring the stock of artwork and gallery standard

- Supervise the organisation of transport in collaboration with our dedicated logistics department and our external service providers.

- Daily administrative management

- Assisting in the organisation of private viewings, outdoor events: request for quotes etc…

- Reporting to sales teams on files and to managers


Personality


You maintain a professional appearance, you have good interpersonal skills, and are comfortable with high-end and demanding customers. Extremely versatile, organized and responsive, your adaptability and thoroughness will make the difference in the commercial organisation, and the success of the gallery to which you are attached.


Profile


- Level BAC + 2

- Executive Assistant, Commercial Assistant or equivalent.

- Very good level of English and French, read, spoken and written.

- Fluency in a third language would be a major asset, as well as an interest in the art market.

- Command of computer tools (knowledge of Photoshop would be beneficial)

According to profile and experience.
