Coordinateur de Galerie - St Tropez

Context

Bel-Air Fine Art, an international group of contemporary art galleries, is looking for a Coordinator for its gallery in Saint-Tropez! Fixed-term contract (CDD) starting from April 2025. Main Responsibilities & Tasks

•  You must be aware of everything happening and keep track of most client interactions and stock management.
• Work closely with the advisors and the gallery director to ensure the exhibition space is impeccably presented, including signage (labels, price lists, etc.).
• Assist in organizing and running both indoor and outdoor events.
•  Be proactive and attentive to all aspects of the gallery’s daily life, serving as a liaison between different team members to ensure smooth operations, professionalism, and excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Welcome prospects, clients, artists, and service providers both in person and over the phone.
• Assist the advisors during negotiations in the gallery, then follow up on their commercial, logistical, and administrative subjects.
• Support the gallery director with administrative tasks, event coordination, and stock management.
• Assist the group’s accounting department in preparing monthly reports (expenses, collections, payment verification, etc.).
  

Candidate Profile

• Good presentation
• Proactivity
• Fluent in English is essential.
• Bilingual/Trilingual profile preferred.
