    EXHIBITION DATES AT BEL-AIR FINE ART GENEVA   JOEL MOENS DE HASE Beyond his concern for aesthetics, Joël Moens de Hase wants to amaze, make people travel, free the senses and imagination. It is by paying homage to femininity but also to love, desire, and eroticism that he manages to surpass form. The desire that is part of the human condition, the subconscious reflected in these thousands of photos that make up the work. Eroticism in the noble sense expressed through these faceless women who invite to dream, passion, and the sublime. But it is also the woman with a capital W who is represented. Divine and creative, subject and/or object of desire. But also the free woman. Free to dispose of herself. Free to offer herself to God like the nun in 'Adoration' or to herself. Free to be a mother and a mistress at the same time or neither one nor the other... Transparently, it is love that Joël Moens illustrates in his paintings and the diversity of forms that this love can take.   |
